Peter Okoye of the PSquare on Thursday said some Nigerian politicians are “dead scared” that the country’s youths want to take back their nation.

Newsbreak.ng reports that Okoye and his twin brother, Peter, are staunch supporters of Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party for the 2023 election.

According to the singer, the politicians are not involved in any dispute with Obi’, but they are ‘fighting’ the Nigerians youths who ‘want to retire them’.

“Some politicians are dead scared that Nigeria youths have woken up to retire them. They are not fighting @PeterObi. They are fighting “You”. I mean You that is reading this post. Let’s take back our country cos it’s our turn! Vote for @NgLabour. #PeterObi4President2023,” Okoye wrote on his verified Twitter handle.

Earlier, the music star claimed some cabals want Obi, a former governor of Anambra State, to quit the 2023 presidential race.

He, therefore, advised “frustrated Nigerians” to take their anger to the ballot box during the February 25, 2023 presidential election.
