Dele Momodu, Director, Strategic Communications, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) has accused the Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai, of deceit.
Momodu, who spoke during a Channels TV programme, The 2023 Verdict, said El-Rufai is only supporting the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu, because he is positioning himself for 2027.
He said, “This is not about power returning to the south. It is about the ambition of certain individuals in APC who know that Tinubu will not win and they are positioning themselves for 2027.
“They know thatbin 2027, no northerner can win without the south and no southerner can win without the North. Right now, suddenly, El-Rufai has become the superhero of the south, the one who is speaking that power must go back to the south. The truth is, they are playing the game. They know the man is going nowhere.”
