Presidential hopeful, Peter Obi, on Monday, landed at the Government Office in London, 10 Downing Street, ahead of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) presidential primaries scheduled for May 28 and 29, 2022.
The former Anambra Governor made the announcement on his official Twitter handle.
He tweeted: “I just arrived at No. 10 Downing Street, London, for a meeting. Ran into Lord Marland of Odstock—full of warmth as usual. -PO”

Peter Obi is one of the favourites to clinch the presidential ticket of the PDP for the 2023 general elections.
Others are former Senate President, Bukola Saraki; Rivers State Governor, Nysome Wike; Sokoto State Governor, Aminu Tambuwal; Former Vice-President, Atiku Abubakar; Former Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose; Mohammed Hayatu-Deen; Chief Sam Ohunabunwa, Dele Momodu, Charles Okwudili, Chikwendu Kalu, Cosmos Ndukwe and Olivia Tarela.
