Nigerian actress, Uche Elendu has tendered an apology for an act committed about 22 years ago after a lady called her out for being a bully while in school.
Following the case of the late Sylvester Oromoni, who died after he was allegedly beaten by his seniors at Dowen College, Lagos, Nigerians have been calling out those who bullied them while in school and the actress was not left behind.
The lady, identified simply as Ijeoma, tongue-lashed Elendu for joining #JisticeForSylvester trend noting that she was a troll herself while she was in school.
According to Ijeoma, the actress trolled her sister while they were in FGGC Owerri and her sister saw the actress at a recent wedding and was still scared.
However, Elendu apologised to the lady and said she’ll like to meet the sister and give her a big hug as well as apologise.
She noted further that she was a bit strict while in school but she never punished anyone unjustly.
She wrote: “The school was totally against that, boarding school should be scrapped, I went through same drilling from my seniors but I can’t call that bu**ying.”
