Aisha Buhari, wife of Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari, has launched a free medical outreach at the Primary Health Care Clinic, Kafar Koda, in Sokoto State. Gimbiya Dogara, representing Mrs. Buhari said the outreach aimed at malaria outbreak, which has claimed the lives in the state.
“I care for you, I care for your health, I care for your wellbeing and I also assure your future is assured,” she said.
The representative, who is wife of Yakubu Dogara, Speaker of House of Representatives, said the health programme includes activities marking the 10th anniversary of the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammad Abubakar III, on the throne.
“Cleanliness is next to Godliness, therefore we need to sanitise our environment, help our children learn how to wash their hands all the time,” added, Mario Tambuwal, wife of Sokoto Governor.
