Lekan Shonde, the man alleged to have killed his wife, Ronke Shonde, will be arraigned at the Ebute-Meta Magistrates’ Court on Friday, a report claimed. The Lagos Commissioner of Police Fatai Owoseni reportedly confirmed the arraignment. Despite the allegation, an autopsy report on the lady suggested the husband might not have had a hand in his wife’s death, as he has consistently maintained. The medical examination, unofficially released, claimed Ronke died due to a respiratory seizure. The report was also said to have shown that the marks around the deceased’s face didn’t corroborate the general claim that Lekan violently assaulted her until she passed on.
