Aisha Yesufu, the co-convener of the #BringBackOurGirls, has urged media organisations not to call her for interviews if they do not want her to criticise President Muhammadu Buhari on their shows.
Yesufu said this on Sunday following the circumstances behind her interview with a Lagos-based television station.
According to the human rights activist and social critic, she had to withdraw from her interview with the TV station on Sunday because they want to suppress her from criticising President Buhari.
She insisted that she will continue to use her media interviews to highlight what she described as the incompetence of the president as the commander in chief of the country’s armed forces.
Any media that does not want the incompetence, cluelessness and ineptitude of the President and Commander-in-chief Buhari @MBuhari to be acknowledged on air should not call me for interview. I just excused myself from the live programme of Galaxy TV that wanted to censor me.

Yesufu is known to be a strong critic of President Buhari, especially on issues of insecurity and human rights violation.
