Bandits have released 32 more students of Bethel Baptist High School, Kaduna.
Joseph Hayab, chairman of the Kaduna State chapter of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), confirmed the students’ release on Friday.
“Thirty-two of the students have been released this evening,” he said.
Hayab, who said the students have been reunited with their parents, did not provide further details.
The kidnappers had in late July, released 28 out of the 121 victims who were taken from their hostels on July 5, 2021.
Fifteen of the students also regained their freedom six days ago.
A total of 31 students of the Baptist school are still in captivity.
