Barcelona legend, Hristo Stoichkov, has said that the club do not need to bring back Neymar.
The Brazilian left the club to join French giants, Paris Saint-Germain, in controversial circumstance in 2017, when he bought his contract worth £200 million.
The club have since been linked with a bid to ensure the forward returns to Camp Nou since last year, though its officials denied the reports.

According to reports in Spain, the La Liga Champions are now negotiating with PSG over bringing the former Santos star back to the club before the transfer deadline on September 2, as the player too has made known his intention to return to the club.
The Ligue 1 giants, who are determined to recoup the fee they paid for Neymar, are said to be making huge demands for the 27-year-old.
Barcelona parade one of the deadliest attack in Europe, with the likes of Lionel Messi, Antoine Griezmann, Luiz Suarez, Ousmane Dembele and Philippe Coutinho.
Stoichkov is adamant that his former club should not re-sign Neymar.
“Barcelona does not need Neymar,” he told Univision.
“Sure, there is a group of players who want him to return and ask the president to make an effort, but Barca will not spend a single euro bringing back because they have no money to pay PSG.”
“He has no place because there are already important players. There is Ousmane Dembele, Lionel Messi, Griezmann, Luis Suarez.”
