Barcelona forward, Malcom, has reportedly agreed to join Russian club, Zenith Saint Petersburg, a report says.
Javier Ribalta, the Russian side’s sporting director, is said to have flown to Spain, to try to secure a deal for the former Bordeaux winger.
However, according to AS, the La Liga champions are demanding €41 million for the Brazilian; same price they paid when they snatched him from AS Roma. Zenit are said to allegedly trying to negotiate the fee.
Malcom has struggled to make an impact at the Catalan club, and has fallen further down the pecking order following the arrival of Antoine Griezmann from Atletico Madrid.
If the deal goes through, Arsenal would miss out on the player they have reportedly targeted as an alternative to Crystal Palace’s Wilfred Zaha, Yannick Carrasco and Ryan Fraser.
