Silent feuds dominated discussion on Wednesday’s episode of BBNaija lockdown Reunion as ex-housemates Prince and Ozo dissected their unwarm relationship, with the former accusing the latter of behaving towards him in an uncertain manner.
The drama began when Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the show’s anchor, asked who the most triggered housemate was.
A clip of an incident in the house was then shown of where Ozo, who was at the time the Head of House, had gone off on Prince, accusing him of deliberately sabotaging the housemates’ rehearsal.
Ebuka felt it was too intense and asked what could have been the reason for Ozo’s anger. Tricky thought the reason for Ozo going off on Prince could be of his pursuit of Nengi, his love interest. Nengi was closer to Prince at that time.
Dorathy also thought the “Nengi thing” could have been a factor. She, however, thought it was also about the tasks as the housemates had challenges with winning tasks that week.
Nengi, on the other hand, said she did not think Ozo got angry because of her, saying it could have been the pressure of winning the weekly task.
But when asked about the encounter, Ozo insisted that he shouted on Prince not because of Nengi but because of the task, noting that they were in danger of rehearsing properly which could have hurt their chances of not winning.
He insisted that it was not personal, saying his apology to Prince and the entire house moments after their clash and his personal apology the next day is proof of his intentions.
However, Prince said he noticed Ozo behaving in a certain way around him, and he, on many occasions, always extended hands of friendship to him.
Ebuka then shifted focus to what some persons saw as Prince’s “overcompetitiveness”. Vee thought Prince was not a sore loser, but he just put so much pressure on himself and felt really bad when he lost.
Vee also added that she noticed Prince always reacted when he lost and she felt that was a weakness and because it was a game, she decided to use it against him.
Making a defence for himself, Prince said he always felt bad about losing because it was a competition and he came on the show to win.
He said it was not a matter of anybody other than him winning tasks because even when his friends won, he always felt happy for them, but still he still nursing the pains of not winning.
He also claimed that Ozo, Nengi, Vee and Neo formed a clique and were against him.
The drama at the reunion continues on Friday.
