Blac Chyna has been banned from using the surname ‘Kardashian’ after Kim, Kourtney and Khloe won a legal case to protect it.

The 28-year-old is in an on-off relationship with their reclusive brother Rob Kardashian, and has a baby daughter, Dream Renee Kardashian, to him.

The court documents said the Kardashian brand would “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill” if Chyna ever used the name for business, accusing her of “deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity”.

Chyna — who starred in Keeping Up With the Kardashians spin-off Rob & Chyna — had tried to legally secure the name “Angela Kardashian” (her real name is Angela Renee White) if she ever married Rob, TMZ reports.
