A four-year-old boy from Florida emptied his piggy bank and donated all of his money to his teacher to help pay for her chemotherapy treatments. Camden Hand, who attends Good Samaritan Academy in Tallahassee, was told that his teacher Betty Payne needed money to pay for chemotherapy after she was diagnosed with lung cancer three weeks ago.Chemotherapy can cost up to $700 a session;the school and parents have both been raising money to help Payne.Payne was in a chemotherapy session when she received a photograph of Camden holding a ziplock bag full of money, and the news that he would be donating the money.The total sum of Camdens donation was $105.15 (N24,000), and the school is still accepting donations to help with Paynes treatment.
