British Prime Minister, Theresa May, has denied prior knowledge of US President, Donald Trump’s immigration ban.
She made the denial at parliament on Wednesday after being asked by opposition Labor leader Jeremy Corbyn.
“If he (Corbyn) is asking me whether I had advance notice of the ban on refugees, the answer is no,” she said.
She, however, said she was aware of the travel restrictions “because President Trump said he was going to do this in his election campaign.”
