A broadcaster in the United States, Edet Udofia, has taken to Twitter to share how his life journey changed from being a male servant in Nigeria to having four Master’s degrees and a PhD.

Narrating his inspiring story, Udofia wrote, “I am a proud Akwa Ibomite, with 4 Master’s Degrees and a PhD. I am a Director of a Corporation in USA, also serving in the Boards of 2 organizations in USA, a broadcaster, Global President of a non- for profit organization. I was once a housemaid in Uyo.”

The tweet generated a lot of reactions with many congratulating him for achieving such a feat.

Speaking further on what inspired him, he said, “As I studied, I saw opportunities that needed more knowledge. Success depends on your part of the world. The American middle class has a definition of success and if I base my definition on that, yes I have achieved more than I had hoped for.”
