Nigeria Newsbreak feelers say that President Muhammadu Buhari is saddened by the development in the senate chambers Tuesday. Bukola Saraki, an APC senator, pull the rugs off the president’s and his party’s feet when he aligned with the opposition PDP to emerge senate president. In the same election, Ike Ekweremadu and David Mark, both former deputy senate president and senate president in the 7th senate emerged deputy senate president and majority leader respectively. The APC is planning to issue a statement soon explaining the position of the Buhari and the party on the development.
