George Nii Aryeh, founder of Rivers of Life International Ministry in Ghana, has urged the government to build sex rooms in all the prison facilities across the country.
Speaking on Rainbow Radio 87.5Fm, Aryeh, who is a bishop, said the move will curb activities of lesbians and gays in prisons.
He stated that to end LGBTQI+ in the nation, the government should build rooms in prisons, so that if a prisoner feels for the urge to have sex, his or her partner would be invited.
The clergyman stressed that it is impossible to lock up someone for ten years without the individual having sex.
The bishop said that humans are humans, and once in a while, they feel the need for sex.
He added that when prisoners do not have partners around, they engage in homosexuality.
He emphasized that the reason prisoners in the country are practising same-sex relationships is the lack of sex they do not get from their partners in prisons.
Aryeh further advised the Ghanaian government to convert all single-sex schools to mixed schools.
He argued that same-sex schools serve as breeding grounds for the activities of LGBTQI+.
