A 60-year-old woman, Kehinde Adeniyi has been arrested and charged before Isolo Magistrates’ court for allegedly cutting the ear of one of her neighbour, Chigozie Chukwu at 24, Mohammed Sefiu Street, Ago Palace Way Okota, in Lagos State.
According to Adeniyi, Chukwu’s wife called her a prostitute because she was a single mother. She had planned to attack her but transferred the aggression to the man when she could not find his wife. She allegedly cut off his right ear from behind with a table knife. She, however, pleaded not guilty and was granted bail by Magistrate, Mrs O. A. Adedayo in the sum of N50,000 with two sureties in like sum.
