A Federal High Court in Abuja has summoned the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, over the continued stay of officers of the Department for State Services (DSS) on Former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki’s residence. The judge, Adeniyi Ademola, said he wants the AGF to appear before him on 16 November to give reasons why the ex-NSA was still being kept in his house following the court’s approval of a three-week trip to the United Kingdom for medical treatment. The application filed before the court also sought an extension to the period granted him to accommodate the delay already caused by the DSS.
