At least five people have been killed by a cyclone that hit Madagascar on Tuesday, according to the British Broadcasting Corporation, BBC. Officials told the BBC about 10,000 people have had to leave their homes because of damage from Cyclone Enawo. There has been power cut to some areas while emergency services have issued flood alert. The storm has moved south but has diminished in strength.
Aid agencies are providing shelter, water and other basic needs to those affected.
