
Former National Security Adviser (NSA), Sambo Dasuki has dragged the Federal Government to a High Court in Abuja seeking enforcement of his fundamental human rights to dignity and security of his life. He is asking the court for a mandatory order compelling officers of the Directorate of the State Security Service (DSS) to vacate his house located at 13, John Kadija Street, Asokoro with immediate effect. He is asking the court to order the removal of all impediments created by them said to have hindered the permission to travel abroad for medical treatment granted him on 3 November. He also said the aggression of the Federal Government has put his life under constant threat. No date has been fixed for the hearing of the suit.
