The Sokoto State Command has declared the suspects in the murder of Deborah Yakubu, a lady that was set ablaze in Sokoto State for allegedly criticising Prophet Mohammed, wanted.
Newsbreak.ng reported how a female student, Deborah, of the Shehu Shagari College of Education in Sokoto State was on Thursday burnt alive for alleged blasphemy.
The Sokoto Police arrested and arraigned two suspects caught at the scene while dispersing the mob. The duo have been remanded.
In a statement by ASP Sanusi Abubakar, Police Public Relations Officer, Sokoto State, the command already deployed all its intelligence and is on the lookout for the suspects.
“The Command is using this medium to reiterate its commitment towards apprehending the suspects. The command has already deployed all its intelligence and is on the lookout for the suspects.
“Members of the public are enjoined to cooperate with the police and report any mere identification to the command or any security outfit in their domain.
