Dino Melaye, former Kogi West Senator has hinted on his next move with Atiku Abubakar after losing the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ticket to return to the Senate.

Newsbreak.ng earlier reported that Dino Melaye lost the PDP ticket to return to the senate to Tajudeen Yusuf, lawmaker currently representing Kabba/Bunu Ijumu constituency in the house of representatives.

Yusuf, who secured 163 votes, defeated Dino Melaye who polled 99 votes.

Reacting after the heartbreaking loss, Dino Melaye said despite losing to his opponent, he remains a winner because his winner’s status is not tied to any election.

He added that being a proud associate of presidential hopeful, Atiku Abubakar, he is coming back.
