Sam Adeyemi, Founder of Daystar Christian Centre, has urged married and intending couples to factor in God in their marriages and stop finding ways out immediately there is a problem.

He said this in a series of tweets on Sunday.
“Don’t go into marriage having in mind that at the slightest problem you will bailout. No! Let’s factor God in; for with God, nothing shall be impossible. Today we move to the realm of possibilities in the name of Jesus Christ,” he tweeted.

He urged his followers to use the lockdown to get closer to their families, adding that it is a time to rediscover God’s plan for them.
He urged couples to always ask the question, “God what should we do for you”?, adding that things get better when couples remember that it is about God.

Adeyemi added that couples should not fight over selfishness and self-centeredness.

“Even for sex, Paul explained in 1Corin 7; if it’s going to happen God’s way, there is not room hoarding your body. You don’t own your body again in marriage. Your focus should be on the other person’s happiness,” he said.
