Nollywood actress, Doris Simeon will be leading other actors for a health awareness campaign called ‘Health Is Wealth’ walk, come December 20, 2016.
The walk, according to the thespian is a way of giving back to the society, and will kick-off from the Idiagbon bus-stop, off college road, Ogba, Lagos. It will also feature a free medical checkup with music/comedy to end the day.
Dayo Amusa, who is also part of the walk stated: “Come with your loved ones living in this axis of Lagos to get proper medical checks from a group of competent medical practitioners we have provided for your welfare this festive season.
“We will be giving out foodstuff, insecticides, clothing, shoes, mosquito nets and others useful materials.”
Popular faces expected for the walk are: Funsho Adeolu, Iyabo Ojo, Bimbo Thomas, Saidi Balogun, Helen Paul, Omo Baba, among others.
The give back initiative is of Doris Simeon Foundation & Popwyne Entertainment.
