The Super Eagles will wear a new kit designed by Nike in their World Cup qualifier against Zambia on October 7, 2017.
The new jersey features a ventilation strip down the side and the exterior of the shirts and shorts, where sweat quickly evaporates. The front and back panels of the shirt, also increases airflow and enhance movement.
Nigeria has a successful football history of partnership with the sports wear giant in the past. The country won the 1994 African Cup of Nations and football Olympic Gold medal in 1996 and qualified for the 1998 and 2002 FIFA World Cups, under Nike’s kitting.
The NFF re-entered agreement with the sports wear, as the official kit sponsor of the national football teams in 2015.
