Women in Ebonyi state, protested naked over the detention of the president general of the community, Ndubuisi Ekumankama, who allegedly demolished a widow’s house in Amangwu Edda community of Ebonyi State.

It was said that the women were on their way to the Ebonyi State Government House in Abakaliki, but were stopped by policemen at Nkwegu, near a military cantonment and were restricted from gaining access to the city.
