The Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, should be held accountable for the death of the Labour Party women’s leader, Mrs. Victoria Chintex, according to a spokesperson for the Labour Party Presidential Campaign Council, Kenneth Okonkwo.

Stating this in a tweet on Tuesday, the actor cum politician said El-Rufai should be held responsible if the killers of the party’s women leader are not immediately apprehended.

“The Labour Party Women Leader in Kaura, Kaduna State, Victoria Chintex, was on Monday, 28th Nov, shot dead by suspected assassins. The APC Governor of Kaduna State, El-Rufai, should be held responsible for her death as the CSO, if the killers are not apprehended immediately,” he wrote.

Newsbreak Nigeria had earlier on Tuesday reported that the women leader of the Labour party was assassinated by unknown gunmen in Kaduna.

However, at the time of filing this report, there the police is yet to make an official statement as regarding if it had commenced investigations into the killing.
