Elegushi Disowns Sam Larry, Calls For Investigation Into Mohbad’s Death

The Elegushi Royal Family has disowned Sam Larry, a socialite and ally of Naira Marley, after videos of his assaulting Mohbad surfaced online.

Newsbreak Nigeria reported that Mohbad died controversially on Tuesday and was buried on Wednesday according to Islamic rites.

Reacting to the death of Mohbad and the link to the Elegushi Royal Family name in a letter seen by Newsbreak Nigeria, the palace said Sam Larry (Samson Balogun) does not work for the royal family of the king in any capacity and he is not a member of the royal family.

The Royal Family also extended its condolences to the family and friends of the late Mohbad while calling for a thorough investigation into his death.
