Enyimba have crashed out of this year’s CAF Confederation Cup after losing 2-1 away to Morocco’s Raja Casablanca in the second-leg semi-final clash on Wednesday night.
The People’s Elephant crashed out 3-1 on aggregate after losing the first-leg 1-0 inside the Aba Township Stadium.
Raja took the lead on the stroke of halftime through Zakaria Hadraf.
With just two minutes remaining, Raja went 2-0 up following an own goal from Isiaka Oladuntoye.
Enyimba pulled a goal back in the 89th minute through substitute Abdulrahman Bashir which proved to be a consolation goal.
