English Premier League (EPL) giants, Manchester City have announced the signing of midfielder Maximo Perrone.
NEWSBREAK reports that Perrone, 20, joined the EPL club from Velez Sarsfield.
City confirmed Perrone’s acquisition on Monday. The midfielder signed a five-and-half-year deal with Pep Guardiola’s side and will join them after the Under-20 South American Championship in Colombia which ends in February.
This news medium understands that City have followed Perrone since he enjoyed an eye-catching first season in the first team at Velez Sarsfield.
Guardiola’s side are believed to have paid around €9.3 million for his services.
