Sex is great, especially when capped with a happy ending (an orgasm), but Bishop Ufuoma Bernand of The Godist Church, says orgasms can trigger heart-attack for men, Newsbreak reports.
According to Bishop Bernand, heart-attack can be mistaken for orgasm during sex.
In men, orgasm could be ejaculatory or non-ejaculatory, or even a mix of both.
“Orgasms can trigger heart attack. You might think you are cummin [sic], when you are going,” Bishop Bernand wrote on his known Facebook page on Thursday.
tudies however proves Bishop Bernand’s claim is incorrect.
Orgasm is a phenomenal health-boosting event, according to many studies.
There is no evidence that regular ejaculation causes any health issues.
More frequent ejaculation may mean a man gains more health benefits.
It is even said that it reduces one’s chance of heart disease, helping people to live longer.
