A Nigerian man has posted a picture of himself on social media, with a goat wearing a protective mask in a market.

The man, who wore a pair of hand gloves and a mask, also wore one for the goat he had just bought, as protection against Coronavirus.
Online reports say the man lived in Abuja, but moved to Enugu State, because of the outbreak of the disease in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The man accused Nigerians in Enugu of not taking the pandemic seriously.
After purchasing the goat, ahead of the state government’s stay at home order, he decided to protect the animal, because of the crowd in the market, according to him on Instagram.
Two cases of Coronavirus have now been officially confirmed in the state.

He wrote: “So this morning I stepped out to artisan for my isolation small goat and it dawned on me that Enugu people are not taking this pandemic seriously, people were laughing at us because of our protective measures oooh, some said the virus is not for people of God, others said that Nigeria cases is a plan for Nigeria politicians to embezzle our money.
“THEN I DECIDED TO PROTECT MY GOAT Biko achorom story, everyone here is a potential patient, have you gone to Enugu banks or ATMs,Ndia amarodi ihe a na ako…you cannot infect my goat in jesus name.
