Fans of legendary Nigerian artist David Adeleke, often known as Davido, have announced plans to hold a concert in his honor.

The singer had already planned a lavish celebration for his 30th birthday. However, the loss of his son Ifeanyi Adelek had kept him away from social engagements, causing him to cancel his 30th birthday celebration plans.

Newsbreak Nigeria had at the beginning of November reported that Davido’s son drowned at the swimming pool in his home while the singer was away with his fiancee Chioma to attend a family function.

The singer has however stayed off social media since his son’s demise.

While other musical artists have continued to announce dates for their various events, Davido, who is still grieving the loss of his kid, may not have any events this year due to the terrible incident, which is why his fans have taken the initiative to host a concert on his behalf.

The event, which is scheduled to take place at Eko Energy City on Saturday, December 1, has been made free for all Davido fans.

Same venue, same vibe, different date.
is now on 1st of December. 🥰🥰🥰
