A resident told Newsbreak that the men carried placards with inscriptions such as βWe are hungryβ. He added that groups of youths littered Admiralty Way, just after Road 14 junction. One of the groups, he said, had a cannabis dealer under the guise of operating a florist shop.
He said other groups were seen opposite a Catholic church in the area as well as the front of a Redeemed Christian Church of God branch while another crowd gathered at the beginning of Admiralty, close to an FO petrol station.
