The Ogun State Government has promised to ensure justice is done over the killing of Tiamiyu Kazeem, assistant captain of Remo Stars Football Club, urging residents to be calm.

Remmy Hassan, Special Adviser on Communication to Governor Dapo Abiodun, said this in a statement made available to Newsbreak on Monday after a protest engulfed Sagamu.
He said government would not leave any stones unturned in its quest to bring the footballer’s killer to book, adding that was expected that the matter would spark a protest among youths.
Hassan urged the youth to be law abiding and to go about their various businesses without taking laws into their hands.

He said nobody is against the law and anybody found culpable in Tiamiyu’s killing would be made to face the wrath of the law.
