Femi Fani-Kayode, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has said some forces working against Ibrahim Magu, suspended acting chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), will go after his alleged sponsors – Bola Tinubu and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.

He said this in a Facebook post on Sunday.
Magu has been facing a presidential probe panel during the past week over allegations of corruption.

Fani-Kayode has suggested that the forces working against Magu plotted their moves four years ago. He alleged that Magu was never doing the bidding of President Muhammadu Buhari but that of Tinubu and Osinbajo, who are the forces’ main targets.
Fani-Kayode, a former minister of aviation, has a case before the anti-graft commission over an alleged N4.6 billion fraud.
