Four bandit leaders, on Thursday, denounced their criminal activities in Katsina State.

They surrendered 45 rustled cattle, two general purpose machine guns, 24 AK-47 assault rifles, 109 GMPG ammunition, 95 7.62mm live ammunition, among others.
Katsina is one of the worst hit states by activities of bandits in the country.

However, it is not yet clear if the bandits leaders have been granted amnesty, in line with the policy of the state government.
