Trouble broke out in the home of one Ifeanyi Azota in Amawbia, near Awka, the Anambra State capital, after his wife descended on his Facebook friend, Ogochukwu Okafor.
The wife, Tochukwu, was said to have locked in her husband and his friend, whom he had invited to their matrimonial home, before going to call her friends.
Together with her friends, she reportedly stripped the guest naked and beat her to a pulp while videoing same and posting on social media. She was pushed out naked after the series of assault.
Haruna Mohammed, the state Police Public Relations Officer, said the women had been arrested and will be charged to court after investigation.
