A woman has revealed that operatives of the now-disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) killed her husband in 2017.
She said, in a tweet, that the operatives claimed it was a case of mistaken identity.
The mother of three added that she grew up in an orphanage, lamenting the pain of losing her husband and her dream of having a loving family cut short.
There have been nationwide protests against the police unit, leading to their disbandment and the announcement of Special Weapon and Tactics (SWAT) as its replacement.
