Former Kennis Music musician Uwale Okoro, popularly known by her stage name, Essence, has said that she had a premonition of the death of Babatunde Okungbowa, also known as OJB Jezreel. According to the singer, she had a dream of herself in a service of songs for the late musician a night before his demise.
Essence, who spoke with media outfit, ONTV, said she had been shocked and had disregarded the dream as irrelevant till she heard the news of the veteran musician’s death.
OJB Jezreel died after a brief illness. He left three wives and eight children behind. A service of songs was organised for him by his colleagues at the National Stadium, Surulere.
