Nollywood actress, Eniola Badmus has opened up on her weight loss journey, revealing that she lost 33 kilograms in preparation for her just-concluded ’20 years on Stage’ event.

According to the actress in an interview with City People, she had a bad eating habit as she could eat anything edible and had no control over it, which prompted her to seek help.

Recall that the actress, who used to be overweight, in her recently released photos turned necks as she looks trimmed and her body transformation has left Nigerians gushing after her new looks.

She also revealed that due to the stigma she went through she was determined to work on herself and surprise everyone.

She wrote: ‘’In terms of my look, a lot changed due to a decision made. Anytime I decide to do this celebration I want to surprise everyone, with the pressure and stigma I had gone through I wanted to change that so I decided to surprise everyone and help myself.

‘’It is not easy, what I can say is it got to a point I could not control what I ate anymore, I ate anything edible, so from there I knew something fishy was going on, so far I have lost 33kg.

‘’I have other habits but I stopped even the one I thought I could not. I have one terrible habit that I am supposed to have stopped a long time ago. This year a lot has changed about me even though I did not see this coming. As the year passed by I decided to change something.’’
