Bail Music Company led by Lanre Lawal has finally parted ways with award-winning Nigerian singer, Brymo after an eight-year relationship.
The dissolution was announced on Thursday by Lawal via his Instagram page.
The talent manager thanked the singer for trusting him to work with him over the years, adding that he never took the opportunity for granted.
According to Lawal, he is ready to move on and break new grounds.
The statement read: “The last 8 years, working with the ‘most powerful artist in the world’ was challenging and so far, the most fulfilling years of my professional life. I am moving on now and ready to take on more challenges and break new grounds.
“Thank you to everyone who’s supported us one way or another, thank you @Brymolawale for your friendship and for trusting me and the team with the work. I never take it for granted. Thank you most especially to the fans for their belief & unwavering support.
This development is coming shortly after the singer claimed in October that legendary Nigerian singer, 2baba, accused him of sleeping with his wife. Also, Brymo alleged that 2baba sent some thugs to beat him up.
Based on the allegation, the management of 2baba, Now Muzik, slammed Brymo with a lawsuit for the damning accusations he made towards his colleague, Innocent Idibia, better known as 2Baba, in a series of posts on his official Twitter page.
Lawal has risen from Efe Omorogbe’s Now Muzik into one of Nigeria’s finest managers around.
He met Brymo when he started his company and their relationship blossomed afterwards.
