It Won’t Happen, Say Iyabo Ojo, Princess On Alleged Plan To Release Baba Ijesha

Iyabo Ojo, a Nollywood actress, and comedian Damilola Adesanya, aka Princess Comedian, have said Olanrewaju Omiyinka, aka Baba Ijesha, will not be released after he was detained for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenager.

There had been reports earlier today that Baba Ijesha may be released on bail on Friday following the strike of Judiciary Staff Union Of Nigeria.

However, Iyaba Ojo, Princess and some others stormed the State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti, to ensure the actor is not released. Video of the protest was shown on Ojo’s Insta Live.

“We are here at Panti, and he still here. They are not bailing Baba Ijesha. We are here and we have sorted it out,” she said in her Instagram live.”
