The West African Examination Council (WAEC) has disowned the 2020/2021 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) timetable in circulation.

Demianus Ojijeogu, the Head of Public Affairs, WAEC Nigeria, said the timetable is not from the council. He said this in a chat with The Punch on Sunday.

The WASSCE had been scheduled to hold between April 6 and June 5 before it was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
