Lagos Discharges 93 More COVID-19 Patients

The Lagos State Government, on Monday, announced that 93 more COVID-19 patients have been discharged from various facilities in the state.

In a statement personally signed by governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the patients are made up of 16 females and 77 males, including 11 foreigners.

According to the statement, 11 of the patients are from Agidingbi, 22 from Gbagada, 36 from Lekki, eight from Eti-Osa, nine from Onikan and seven from the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) isolation centres, were discharged after full recovery and testing negative to the virus.

“This brings to 1512, the number of #COVID19 confirmed cases that have been successfully managed and discharged in Lagos.

“Let’s continue to adhere strictly to #PhysicalDistancing and #handhygiene principles #ForACOVID19FreeLagos”, Sanwo-Olu admonished residents,”Sanwo-Olu said.
