Liverpool boss, Jurgen Klopp, has been fined £45,000 by the FA for comments made about referee, Kevin Friend.
Klopp questioned Freind’s integrity after Liverpool’s 1-1 result against West Ham on February 4.
The German claimed that the referee’s second-half performance had been influenced by his failure to disallow Liverpool’s offside goal in the first.
After the game, Klopp said: “I heard our goal was offside, I’m pretty sure the ref knew that.
“In 50-50 situations it was always a free-kick for the other team, which was hard and did not make life easy.”
Klopp was fined £8,000 by the FA earlier this year after running onto the pitch in celebration, when Divock Origi scored a last-minute winner against Everton in December.
