A middle-aged man has been arrested in Oyo for selling fake Amotekun application forms to unsuspecting applicants.

He was arrested on Wednesday with 11 fake application forms. He was said to sell the forms at N500 each, promising to get them the job.

The man, who runs a cyber cafe aling Durbar Stadium Road in Oyo town ran into trouble when one of the applicants was arrested at the screening venue for presenting a fake form.

Olayanju Olayinka, a retired colonel and state Commandant of the Amotekun Corps, said the suspect has been handed over to the police for prosecution.
