An unknown young man has been stripped naked by the Youths and paraded round the community in Bayelsa state after he was allegedly caught stealing female under-wears.
It was gathered that the incident happened at Akenfa community in Yenagoa Local Government Area of the state in the early hours of Friday, July 15.
In a video posted by ThisisBayelsa, the suspect claimed he came to the community to visit his sister, Blessing, but there was no evidence to back up his claims.
