Mikel Obi, Chelsea FC striker and Nigerian international, may have decided to dump his Russian-British girlfriend, Olga Diyachenko for a Nigerian lady, identified as Nnena Nwosu. Obi’s alleged plan to marry a Nigerian lady seemed an afterthought, after he proposed to Olga last December.
His proposal to Olga, a daughter of wealthy Russian parents, was reported to have elicited some concerns with Obi’s parents, who prefer a Nigerian instead.
Olga, a graduate of European Business School, EBS, is the director and co-founder of Allegra de Lago Limited, a fur fashion label company, located at South Street, Mayfair London, United Kingdom.
Obi’s new-found love (Nnenna) owns a jewelry shop, Neniesville Beads, located at Ago Palace Way, Okota, Lagos. The Anambra state-born (Nnnena) graduated from Imo state University, where she read Food Science and Technology. She is a devout Catholic.
Nnenna’s love life before Obi’s entry might not have smelt of roses, a pointer to a post she made on her Facebook page last February. Read her: “Finding the right person(spouse) can be a hectic/ stressful process. Most of us end up dating so many people and yet not to avail.
Most times it seems like we are dating the same person all over. During this period which can be very frustrating and annoying , some us end up with the wrong person(s) which in actual sense we end up settling for ‘anybody’ even though within us we know we aren’t comfortable where we are.
The devil keeps telling us who we are not.
But the good news still remains that we can get all things including a perfect spouse God’s way by believing in His word and living by His word and we will realize that the Holy Book contains everything we need to have a fulfilled and successful life. As children of God we are heirs to the throne of God, Galatians 4:7 clearly states that thou(we )are no more servant(s )but a son(s)and if we a son(s), then an (we) heir of God through Christ.
We have the right to partake in heavenly inheritance. If you don’t know who you are, the devil will keep telling who are not. But for us to enjoy his inheritance , we must be born again.
Matthew 6: 33 states , seek he first the kingdom of God and all these things shall be added on to you. All things, not a few things, not some things, but ALL things including a perfect spouse and a perfect marriage.”
Has Nnenna Nwosu found the perfect spouse in Mikel Obi? Time will tell
